Yes I do owe an apology that I haven’t given yet. In a way it makes me sad since I know I would not be happy if I was on the receiving end of what I did. In fact I knew at the time I should not have acted the way I did. I can blame being tired or overworked but I will not because I have personal standards I set for myself that I clearly broke.
