Once again sleep eluded me. I woke up at midnight, two and finally around four. By the third time I decided the fight with sleep was a losing one and decided to get up. Only two things were different last night – I was in pain from running and I was thinking about things before bed which may have raised my anxiety levels. I even took something for my pain that should have helped me sleep, but no such luck.
On a positive note, I am seeing my doctor tomorrow. Hopefully she will be able to provide some insight, medication or tests. At least I can tell her I already have cut back my caffeine intake.
All in all, my sleep is improving but I would like it to become much better.
