I am feeling really lucky today. It is one of those days where I had an “a-ha” moment and thought to myself, “Damn I am lucky”. I have been feeling pretty positive for the past two weeks, a good sign that I am on the right path in my life. I need some time to let my brain de-stress and try to enjoy each day. The biggest thing I feel grateful for in my life is all the awesome people who are in it. There are times when I do feel alone and I seem to wallow in a feeling of loneliness, but then I realize I have weeks like the one coming up which are great.
This change in my life has made me realize that I do have lots of supportive people in my life that know that I am doing what I need to do and understand why I am doing it. The cool thing is I get to see all those people next week, for the most part. Except for my family members, but that is a little difficult – I know they all support me though and that’s what counts.
So I am lucky to have the people in my life that I do and I feel really grateful that my life is going the way that it is going.
