The past two days have been eventful. Yesterday we went to play cards at my brother’s friend’s house. Before playing cards, we drove around to see some sites. We went to a house that had 70,000 Christmas lights (pictures to be posted later). In the house there was rooms filled with dolls (again pictures to be posted later).
Playing cards was fun. I haven’t played Euchre in a few years. We didn’t do so well, but it was still fun. I also had the chance to play cribbage for the first time in years a few days ago. It is nice being able to catch up on games.
Today I relaxed some more. This evening we climbed up to the garden to watch the fireworks for the New Year. It was pretty seeing all the fireworks over all the small towns in this area.
