It is interesting to realize how a change of scene can really help calm the mind. I am sitting on a bus listening to music and just letting my mind wander. I suppose it could be considered to be travelling meditation. 🙂 It is certainly enjoyable to just let my brain jump all over the place without having to focus on work issues. In a way it brings me back to living in the moment and reinforces the fact I don’t do it enough. I am very grateful for this time.
