Goals, goals, goals

Okay, enough is enough. I am feeling pretty content where I am at in my life right now. That is a great though, nothing seems to be missing and I am ok being who I am. Now it is time to really focus on me so I am going to post my goals here and then I promise the next post will be something more interesting, but hey I find my personal goals pretty interesting so that is what matters. 🙂

So this week’s goals:

– Make it to the gym at least three times

– No more junk food all week and at least three servings of veggies a day

– Plan travel dates in Japan

– Start working on my writing project

I think those are good goals. Start small and move forward from there.
